Shipping & Returns

If you have any questions please feel free to ask us on our contact page, we'll do our best to answer you as soon as possible. Below is everything you need to know about shipping and returns to put your mind at ease.


Shipping:

Here’s how we ship your orders:
  • Creating your bespoke product takes around 7 business days, this is before the time stated that your product will take to to be posted. Please take this into account when ordering gifts.
  • Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P.
  • The packaging for different products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly. The vast majority of parcels ship plastic-free, with the only exception to this being framed prints which ship wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap to prevent the glass breaking.
Please note, due to COVID, Postage Strikes & Brexit, many services are taking slightly longer than usual.
  • If your estimated delivery time passes wait a day or two as sometimes orders can be late for unforeseen reasons, and the date is just an estimate. After this you can get in touch with us to chase your order. 
  • We currently ship Worldwide. You can view your shipping costs and options by putting your address in during the checkout process. 

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 30 working days after dispatch. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.

After selecting your items shipping costs and options will be on the next screen and made available before any payment is asked for.

Returns:

  • Products are printed on demand by a third party and there is no exchange or return for unwanted items as they are bespoke. 
  • If an order is incorrect or damaged then please get in touch with us here at hello@scottishscran.com with the order number, description and/or photos so we can follow this up for you.
  • You must raise any issues within 4 weeks of receiving the product.
